Lower Mainland Certification Area
If you are an official that has taken the referee certification course outside of the PCAHA Lower Mainland carding clinic areas please send an email to the PCAHA Assigning Centre (copy to your area BC Hockey Referee Committee Member) with your information. Please include your Name, HCOP number, Current Address and Contact Numbers, and City in which you attended the Clinic.
